- I had a great opportunity to work for Shubha during 2001-2003. I still remember, she ‘hand-picked’ me to the corporate Quality team for ISO and CMM L4 initiatives for Celstream. Her ‘trust’ and ‘guidance’ helped us to achieve all planned major milestones for the Organization. That’s one tenure, which I cherish throughout my life!… It was fully filled with learning, opportunities, fun, growth, relationship, trust, guidance, freedom etc.. And of course, the success followed us…! I consider myself lucky if I get another chance to work with a great mentor like Shubha!- Manohar Joshi- Sr Vice President- Strategic Partnerships
- I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Subha for the outstanding executive coaching she provided during my transition into the CIO role. Stepping into this leadership position came with a range of challenges and expectations, and her guidance was instrumental in helping me gain clarity, confidence, and strategic focus. Her coaching went beyond just advice — it was a partnership rooted in deep listening, thoughtful questioning, and practical insights. She helped me navigate complex leadership dynamics, strengthen my executive presence, and prioritize what truly mattered to drive impact in my new role. What stood out most was her ability to understand both the business and human aspects of leadership. Her support enabled me to accelerate my transition and contribute effectively to the organization’s strategic goals from day one.I am deeply grateful for her mentorship and would highly recommend her to any executive seeking purposeful, results-driven coaching.- Sanjoy Chakraborty- CIO| Digital Transformation| Technology | Global Technology Company
